How to request deletion

1. Email hello@maius.ai from your account email (or include that account email in the request).
2. Use subject line: Data Deletion Request.
3. Include the workspace/company name connected to Maya so we can verify and process quickly.

How to revoke access immediately

If you connected Meta/Facebook through Pipedream Connect, disconnecting that connection revokes Maya access to future data pulls. You can also remove Maya-connected integrations in your account settings.

Our deletion process

After verifying the request, Maya deletes applicable stored customer data from active systems and queued processing stores within 30 days. If legal obligations require a limited retention, we restrict that data and delete it when the legal hold expires.

Confirmation

We confirm completion by email when deletion is finished.
