1. Who we are
Maya is a business service for marketing analytics and automation. If you have any privacy question or request, contact us at hello@maius.ai.
2. Data we collect and process
When you connect platforms to Maya, we process account metadata, campaign data, and performance metrics needed to provide reporting and optimization to your team.
- Meta/Facebook: We collect and process advertising account and performance data through the Meta Marketing API. We request ads_read for read-only reporting and insights delivery to the customer. We do not use this permission to make ad changes.
- Google Ads and GA4: We collect campaign and analytics performance data for reporting and optimization recommendations.
- TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit: We collect campaign and performance data to generate channel-level reporting and optimization guidance.
- Product usage data: We store limited logs required to run, secure, and support the service.
3. How we use data
Connected data is used only to provide customer-requested reporting, analysis, and optimization support. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share connected advertising data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Legal basis and sharing
We process data to provide the contracted service and to maintain security and reliability. We use infrastructure and integration subprocessors only as needed to operate Maya, under contractual controls.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain connected platform data for the duration of an active customer subscription and for up to 30 days after subscription end for operational recovery and deletion processing, then delete it unless a longer retention period is required by law.

6. Your controls
You can revoke Maya access at any time by disconnecting integrations in your connected account flow (including Pipedream Connect for Meta) and by contacting us to delete stored data.
