This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses Maya. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
You may not use Maya to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights.
- Breach the terms or advertising policies of any connected platform (Google, Meta, Microsoft, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
- Promote prohibited, deceptive, or harmful products, or run fraudulent or misleading advertising.
- Send spam or unsolicited communications, or distribute malware.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Maya, other workspaces, or connected accounts.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
- Misuse AI outputs to generate illegal, infringing, or abusive content.
- Resell or provide the service to third parties without authorization.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access to protect the service, our users, and connected platforms. Questions: support@maius.ai.
