1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("Maya") governing your use of the Maya service, website, and Slack application. By installing or using Maya, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

Maya provides AI marketing specialists that operate inside Slack and connect to your advertising and analytics platforms to audit, build, optimize, and report on marketing activity. Actions that modify your connected accounts are presented for your explicit approval in Slack.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind your organization. You are responsible for your account, your users, and maintaining the confidentiality of access to your Slack workspace.

4. Subscriptions, billing & trial

Maya is offered at $29/month flat per workspace with a 14-day free trial. Pricing may change with notice.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period.

5. Acceptable use

Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and the terms and advertising policies of each connected platform.

6. Connected platforms

You authorize Maya to access and act on your connected accounts within the scopes you grant, including through our integration provider Pipedream. You remain responsible for your platform accounts, budgets, and compliance with each platform's terms. You are responsible for reviewing and approving actions before they are applied.

7. AI output & no guarantee of results

Maya produces recommendations and performs approved actions using AI, which can be incomplete or incorrect. Maya is a tool to assist your marketing team, not a guarantee of performance, revenue, or advertising results. You are responsible for decisions made using Maya.

8. Intellectual property

Maya and its software, branding, and content are owned by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. You retain ownership of your data and content. You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the service.

9. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's non-public information and use it only to perform under these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maya will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or ad spend. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You will indemnify Maya against claims arising from your use of the service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using Maya at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends and connected authorizations should be revoked.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION — e.g., State of Arizona, USA], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless otherwise required by law.
