Maya connects to your most sensitive marketing systems. Here's how we keep that access safe and under your control.

You host nothing. We run the brain.

There's no infrastructure for you to manage. Maya runs as a managed service; you simply add it to Slack and connect the platforms you want.

Approval-gated actions

Maya specialists never change your ad accounts silently. Any action that modifies a campaign, budget, creative, or setting is presented in Slack for your explicit approval, with rationale and expected outcome, before it runs.

Scoped, revocable access

Connections are authorized through OAuth via Pipedream using the minimum scopes needed. Tokens are stored encrypted, and you can revoke any connection or uninstall Maya from Slack at any time to immediately cut off access.

Encryption

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems follows least-privilege principles.

Full audit trail in Slack

Because Maya works in your Slack channels, every recommendation, approval, and action is logged in the conversation — a transparent, reviewable trail for your whole team.

Data minimization & AI

We process only what's needed to perform your requests. AI inference is powered by enterprise model providers (including Anthropic Claude); your data is not used to train foundation models. See our Privacy Policy for sub-processors and data handling.
